Refund and Returns Policy

At ZOHAA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. This Return Policy explains the terms under which returns or exchanges are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@zohaa.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Share your order number, clear images/videos of the product, and the reason for return.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange or Replacement

Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at ZOHAA’s discretion.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, ZOHAA will arrange reverse pickup or guide you on return shipping.
Customers are requested to securely pack the product to avoid damage during return transit.

Anti-Tarnish Jewellery Care Disclaimer

Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish, but product longevity also depends on proper care. Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, or improper storage will not be eligible for return.
